Pokenomics.eu refund policy follows the EU regulation and grants a 14 days period for the customer to ship back the product. The product must be shipped during and not after this 14 days period.

Due to the nature of the product sold by Pokenomics.eu, refunds beyond the 14 days period are possible and accepted only in case of errors in shipping by Pokenomics.eu (i.e. the shipping of different product than the one ordered) and/or damaged products.

Refunded products must always be sealed as delivered and not tampered with or refund won't be issued.

Refund shipping are at customer's expense.

Shipping related to Pokenomics.eu staff error will be managed and paid by Pokenomics.eu.
